We do our best to accurately represent all products listed. Colors, textures, and dimensions seen on screen may differ slightly from the physical item. Product listings are subject to change or removal at any time.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. Wearloom reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation is sent.

All prices are in US Dollars. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and authorized.
Section 5 Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping and Return Policies.

Step 3 Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process above, you and Wearloom agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Worland, Wyoming, or by phone or video at your election.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both you and Wearloom waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Time Limit for Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of our Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
